Task Force Food Sovereignty is a national network of food security advocates composed of farmer leaders, NGO representatives and other members of civil society (students, church people, academe, consumers, trade-watch groups).

The Task Force leads public information campaigns, engages in dialogues and debates, and launches forums and conferences to raise public awareness of the impacts of trade and agricultural policies on food security issues.

The Task Force assists in education and capacity-building, legislative lobbying, policy research, and organizing at the grassroots level. IRDF is the lead convener of the Task Force.
