Since its foundation in 1989 IRDF's work has covered the provinces of Albay, Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Cavite, Iloilo, NCR, Negros Occidental, North Cotabato, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Quezon, Sorsogon, and Tarlac.

At present IRDF have two field offices in Sorsogon Province (Sorsogon Office) and Aurora Province (Dingalan Office) - both on Luzon Island. These offices can be contacted via the National Office in Metro-Manila.
